Payment & Shipping
- We offer both Online Payment and Cash On Delivery (COD) Payment Option.
- We provide free shipping on online Payment
- For Cash on Delivery we charge Only Rs. 40/- per order.
Exchange and Returns Policy
- We have No Questions Asked Return/Exchange Policy.
- You can Return/Exchange the product(s) within 3 days after receiving the product(s)
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please submit the Return/Exchange form. Click Here.
- We have a reverse pickup facility for the most of the area. For the reverse pickup we will send you the Shipping Labels PDF file by mail. You will have to just take print out of file and stick the label on Return Parcel. Our Courier Partner will pick up the parcel in 1-2 days
- For the area for which we don’t have reverse pick up facility, you are requested to self ship the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

- A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to your Bank Account (Online Transfer) within 48 hrs. as courier charges. We request that you do not use Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

- After receiving the courier receipt, we will dispatch you the required product(s)
- If you have created account, just log in to you account. Go to Order History-> View Order-> Cancel Order button in front of your order. (Please note, it’ll be active only for 15 hours after you placed the order) OR mail us your order number with your phone number at [email protected] OR you can call us on 9833686101
- If you want to edit or cancel your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
1. What are the terms and conditions for refund?
Returns – The product amount and Rs. 100 for courier will be refunded to you through NEFT.
Exchange – In case of Self Shipment Courier Charge on the photo copy of theCourier Slip or Rs. 100/- whichever is the minimum will be refunded (Amount will be transferred online to your bank account)
